This great old chair has a history behind it. A local church used these for about 50 years in their sanctuary until recently when they finally put in their pews. Comfort had to be a factor to keep them sitting in these chairs every week all those years.
I have one of these at my computer desk and also I use one for my work desk. Trying office chairs, this gives me the most comfort with the curved seat "to fit" and the back that fits so well that it does give me lumbar support.
I have this one painted in the pink, one painted sage green with hand painted violets leaving 2 more identical to these.
